As a mechanical engineer, he brings the necessary expertise to strategically advance our company. With his team-oriented leadership style and a high level of empathy, he is a valuable contact person for our employees, customers and partners. Wilfried is a big fan of Scandinavia and motorbikes and is fluent in German and English. We are proud to have him on board as CEO and to benefit from his expertise and leadership.

Georg Färber
// Head of Purchasing, Logistics & Export
Georg Färber is a member of the management and authorised signatory at FAIST. He is globally responsible for purchasing, logistics and exports for the FAIST Group. With 35 years of experience in industrial purchasing, materials management, logistics and production, he is an experienced expert in these areas. His technical and business management training and his experience in series production, the production of homogeneous bulk goods, as well as in the steel industry and mechanical engineering enable him to recognise complex interrelationships and to derive solution-oriented action from them. This makes him a valuable addition to the company. In his free time he enjoys ice hockey, triathlon and outdoor sports. His goal for FAIST is to build an optimal and competitive procurement network in order to be successful in international markets.

He brings in more than 30 years of experience in the field of construction and project management of industrial sound insulation systems. His expertise and commitment are crucial for the successful implementation of projects and the continuous development of FAIST.

Pierre Hübler

Pierre Hübler is a member of the management and authorised signatory at FAIST. As Head of Production & Service, he is responsible for these two areas at the Krumbach location. He has been responsible for Acoustic Systems in Service & Aftersales for 13 years and for Production since November 2020. With his ability to think in solutions, he always finds the right answer to complex challenges. In addition to his commercial training, he has also completed a degree as certified technical specialist. In his spare time he is a passionate dog handler and hunter. His vision for FAIST is that the company will continue to expand its market share, that the products produced in-house will be installed worldwide, precisely fitting as well as in the highest quality at our customers completely.

As branch manager in Bremen, Matthias Schultalbers brings plenty of expertise and commitment to the extended management team with over eight years of professional experience in sales and project management in the mechanical and electrical engineering industries. His ambitious approach combined with the ability to grasp complex interrelationships and derive suitable measures from them will help to drive the company’s goals forward. Sailing and swimming are among his sporting leisure activities. As an active hunter, he draws energy for his professional challenges from nature. Matthias Schultalbers follows a clear professional vision. His goal is to expand the business unit and consolidate long-term partnerships in order to maintain and strengthen the position as the global market leader for air intake systems.
